Ihm sind biographisch nicht nur die Rezepte Marokkos, Kaliforniens und Portugals bestens vertraut – als promovierter Biologe ist es für ihn geradezu ein Spaziergang, im Wald feinste Zutaten zu finden, sonnengereifte Samples zu sammeln, unterschiedliche Wurzeln zu kombinieren und in einer erlesenen Mischung zu vereinen!

Als opulentes 6-Gänge-Menü mit mediterranen Noten, fetten Bässen und saftigen Klängen wird der Ohrenschmaus heiß serviert. Mono & Kusten, M.Age.Project und D’AL SENIO mischen die Zutaten nochmals neu und bereichern so das Festmahl der Frequenzen mit unwiderstehlichen Leckerbissen für die unterschiedlichsten Geschmäcker.
